Awaken Your Life

You've caught yourself fantasising about a minor injury...

Nothing life-threatening.

Just enough to justify stopping.

Just enough to get a break from being everything to everyone.

If that thought has crossed your mind. You’re not weird or unusual.

But something needs to change.

“It's the best investment I have ever made in myself - it has been a life changing experience that I would recommend to anyone."
Jo
Founder, Infinite Pathways

You’ve spent so long being what everyone else needs -the organiser, the fixer, the one who holds it all together that you’ve completely disappeared inside your own life.

You can’t remember the last time someone asked what you wanted. Worse: you can’t remember the last time you knew.

Life is moving faster every year, and you’re spending all of it on everyone else. The kids, your partner, your ageing parents, your job, your friends. Everyone gets a piece of you except you.

And that Mary Oliver line keeps rattling around your head:

“What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

You still don’t have an answer. And that’s starting to terrify you.

But I should be grateful for what I have, right?

Let’s be clear: wanting your own life back isn’t selfish. It’s not ungrateful. And it’s not about not loving your family or not appreciating what you have.

It’s about remembering that you’re a whole person, not just a collection of roles. That you’re allowed to want things AND love your life. That choosing yourself doesn’t mean abandoning everyone else.

The women who feel most guilty about wanting more? They’re often the ones who’ve given the most. And they’re the ones most terrified of being seen as selfish. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

Here's the truth...

if nothing changes, you’ll wake up aged 70 having spent your entire life building everyone else’s dreams while yours sat waiting.

Another year will pass. Then another. The exhaustion will deepen. The resentment will grow. And that quiet voice inside you (the one that still remembers what you wanted before you learned to want nothing) will get quieter and quieter until one day, you won’t hear it at all.

What if I’m too late?

You’re here. You’re reading this.  That means some part of you hasn’t given up. That’s all you need.

The women who join Awaken Your Life are in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. Some wish they’d done it sooner. But none of them regret starting now.

You haven’t missed your chance. But you will if you wait another year to start.

Awaken Your Life is 12 weeks of remembering who you are and reclaiming your right to take up space in your own life.

Right now, you’re feeling invisible; the supporting character in everyone else’s story.

But after Awaken Your Life, you’ll leave having remembered you’re allowed to want things. To choose things. To say no to things. To take up space and make decisions and trust yourself again.

This isn’t about:

  • Finding your passion
  • Discovering your purpose
  • Becoming your ‘best self’

This is about:

  • Reconnecting with who you actually are beneath all the roles
  • Giving yourself permission to want something for yourself
  • Taking the brave steps that change everything
  • Building a life that finally feels like yours

"AYL has taken my life off pause. Now life isn't full of things that just happen to me. I decide what happens."

What actually happens?

12 weeks. Six 90-minute live sessions. A group of women who get it.

We meet twice a month online. Between sessions, you’ll have ‘Momentum Missions’ – the work that creates real change. You’ll also have a private community for support, accountability, and the kind of honesty you can’t get anywhere else.

The 12-Week Journey:

Weeks 1-2: RECONNECTION → Who am I beneath all the roles?
Weeks 3-4: PERMISSION → What do I actually want?
Weeks 5-6: COURAGE → What’s my first brave step?
Weeks 7-8: BOUNDARIES → How do I protect what matters?
Weeks 9-10: MOMENTUM → Building the new rhythm
Weeks 11-12: INTEGRATION → Making it last beyond the programme

What’s Included:

  • Six live 90-minute transformational sessions over 12 weeks
  • Private community for daily support and accountability
  • Momentum Missions between sessions (structured work that creates real change)
  • Lifetime access to your complete Awaken Your Life Transformation Toolkit
  • One 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with Jane (scheduled when you need it most)
  • Twelve months access to all session recordings
  • Priority access to the Alumni membership, The Circle, when you complete AYL

What Women Do After Awaken Your Life...

After working with me, women are:

  • Having the conversations they’ve been avoiding for years
  • Saying no without guilt or endless explanation
  • Starting the thing they’ve been talking about forever
  • Taking time for themselves without apologising
  • Making decisions and trusting themselves to follow through
  • Choosing themselves; not instead of everyone else, but alongside them

Some hand in their notice. Some start businesses. Some book the trip. Some have the hard conversation with their partner. Some simply stop waiting for permission and start living like their life actually belongs to them.

Can I See Reviews From Other Women Who've Done AYL?

Absolutely you can!

What if I don’t know what I want?

Good. That means you’re in exactly the right place.

You don’t need to know what you want before you start. You need space to remember how to want anything at all. That’s what the first four weeks are for – reconnection.

Remembering who you are when you’re not being what everyone else needs.

The clarity comes from the work, not before it. I promise.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Here’s what I know: every single woman who’s completed this programme has taken brave action. EVERY one.

Not all of them quit their jobs or started businesses. But all of them changed something. All of them chose themselves in ways they hadn’t before.

Your brave might look different from someone else’s. And that’s exactly right.

The only way this doesn’t work is if you don’t do the work. If you show up, engage honestly, and take the steps, even tiny ones, you will change. I know it.

Who is it for?

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready to do the work (not just think about it)
  • You’re willing to take brave steps, even small ones
  • You’re done waiting for the perfect moment and ready to create it
  • You want accountability and community, not just another book to read or a another conversation without action

This isn’t for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or instant transformation
  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do
  • You’re not ready to be honest with yourself
  • You need rescuing (I’ll give you tools and support, but you have to do the work)

How do I know if I’m ready?

You’re ready if:

  • you’ve been thinking about making changes for months (or years) and still haven’t.
  • you’re tired of talking about it with friends and nothing changing.
  • you want accountability, not just inspiration.
  • the thought of another year passing without anything changing makes you feel sick.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to start.

What's my investment?

Pay in full: £1,997

The simplest option. One payment, everything included, and you’re in.

Six payments of £333 — Early Commitment only

Total: £1,998. Available to women who enrol before 30 April 2026.

This option also includes the Get Ready bonus. One payment per month, one per session. A gentle rhythm that matches the programme itself.

Two payments of £1,050

Total: £2,100. Available when booking after 30 April 2026.

Half now, half in 30 days. Straightforward and manageable.

All options include everything outlined as part of the programme. The only difference is when and how you pay, and whether you catch the early commitment window.

But £1,997 is a lot of money…

It is. Let’s be honest about that.

It’s also:

– Less than six months of weekly therapy (which would cost £2,400-£3,600)

– Less than what you’d spend on everyone else’s Christmas presents, birthday gifts, and ‘treats’ this year

– About the same as the courses, books, and programmes you’ve bought in the last two years that inspired you for a week and then sat unfinished on your shelf.

But here’s the real question: What’s the cost of NOT doing this?

Another year of exhaustion? Another year of fantasising about hospital breaks? Another year of your life not feeling like yours?

What would it be worth to wake up six months from now actually trusting yourself? Making decisions without second-guessing? Taking time for yourself without guilt? Living like your life belongs to you?

If you’re waiting for it to feel easy to spend this money on yourself, you’ll wait forever. This is the brave step. This is choosing yourself. And yes, it costs money. Because for the first time in years, this is entirely, unapologetically for you. And that is worth every penny.

What if my partner (or family) thinks it’s too expensive?

Here’s what’s true: households invest in things that matter. Gym memberships, hobbies, education, experiences, health, these are normal investments in wellbeing and growth.

This is the same category. It’s an investment in you being able to show up fully in your life, which benefits everyone, not just you.

But here’s what I notice: women often think of money differently. Even if you earn it, it feels like ‘family money’ not ‘your money.’ And investing in something intangible (like reclaiming your sense of self) feels harder to justify than something you can see or touch.

But investing in actually changing your life? In reclaiming who you are? That feels indulgent. Selfish, even.

That’s not true. But if it feels true to you, that’s exactly what we’re working on in AYL.

If you need to have a conversation with your partner about this investment, we can work on that together. And if you’re single or the primary breadwinner and you’re still asking yourself if you can ‘justify’ this? That’s the same permission problem, just internalised. We’re addressing that too.

This isn’t about anyone being wrong for questioning the investment. It’s about you learning that investing in yourself, in your life actually feeling like yours, isn’t selfish. It’s essential.

Still feeling nervous? I get it. That’s why I offer a risk-free option:

If you came live to the first session, did the Motivator Mission, and it’s not for you, let me know before the second session and I’ll refund your payment (minus £100 non-refundable deposit). You even keep the welcome box.

Next Cohort

Next Programme Starts: 21st September 2026

Applications open: June 2026

Maximum places: 10 women

Format: Live online sessions via zoom, with recordings for when you can’t make it

Questions? Let’s chat!

Not sure if this is the right next step for you?

Let’s have a no-pressure chat — I’m happy to talk it through with you.

How to apply

When applications open in June, you’ll complete a short application form. I’ll review all applications and schedule discovery calls with women who feel like the right fit.

This isn’t about being ‘good enough’, it’s about making sure this is the right programme for you at this time. I only work with women who are ready to do the work, and the application process helps us both know if that’s you.

Want to be first to know when applications open? Join my newsletter at quietthehive.com or drop me a message on Instagram @quietthehive.

Can I think about it?

Of course. But here’s what I know: if you’ve read this far, some part of you knows this is what you need.

The question isn’t whether you should do this. The question is: are you ready to choose yourself?

How much longer do you want to wait?

FAQs

About the time commitment...

All sessions are recorded and you’ll have access to them for 12 months. If you miss one or two sessions, you won’t fall behind—the work happens between sessions as much as during them. That said, showing up live is where the magic happens. The group connection, the real-time support, the accountability—that’s harder to replicate from a recording. Aim to attend live as much as possible.

Plan for 30-60 minutes between sessions for your Momentum Missions. Some weeks it’ll be quick, other weeks you might want to dig deeper. But this isn’t homework for homework’s sake, it’s the work that creates the change. If you’re thinking ‘I don’t have time for this,’ that’s exactly why you need it. We’ll work on creating and protecting that time. It’s part of the programme.

Yes. Life happens. You can watch the recording and stay connected through the private community. Missing one session won’t derail your progress. If you’re going to miss more than two sessions, let’s have a conversation about whether this cohort is the right timing for you.

About readiness

Feeling stuck is normal—most women arrive feeling that way. But there’s a difference between ‘stuck and ready to unstick myself with support’ and ‘so paralysed I can’t take even tiny steps.’ AYL works for women who are willing to engage with the work, even when it’s uncomfortable. If you’re not sure which category you’re in, book a discovery call and we’ll figure it out together.

Every cohort has a mix – women who’ve done therapy, coaching, self-development work, and women for whom this is their first step. What unites everyone isn’t experience level. It’s the feeling that your life doesn’t belong to you anymore. That’s what connects you to the group, not your CV of personal development work.

You share what you’re comfortable sharing, nothing more. Some women open up immediately. Others take a few sessions to trust the group. Both are fine. But I will say this: the women who lean into the vulnerability, who share the hard stuff, tend to get the most from the programme. The group is there to support you, not judge you. And everything shared stays in the group. That’s non-negotiable.

About Results

Your results won’t look the same as anyone else’s, because your life isn’t the same as anyone else’s. One woman might quit her job. Another might have a difficult conversation. Another might simply start saying no without guilt. All of these are brave. All of these matter. Your transformation is yours. But every woman who completes the programme does take brave action. Every one.

It works if you do the work. If you show up to sessions (or watch the recordings if you can’t make it live), engage with the Momentum Missions, participate in the community, and take brave steps, even tiny ones, you will change. The only way this doesn’t work is if you expect me to do it for you. I’ll give you tools, support, accountability, and encouragement. But you have to be willing to use them.

You’ll have 12 month access to all session recordings and lifetime access to the Transformation Toolkit, so you can revisit the work anytime. You can also join the Alumni membership to maintain momentum and community. It’s optional but brilliant for women who want ongoing support. You might choose to stay connected with your cohort; friendships forged in AYL tend to last.

About the Group

Every cohort is different, but here’s what’s always true: these are women who get it. They’re in the same place you are. They’re tired of being invisible. They want their lives back. Some of the deepest friendships I’ve seen have come from these groups. Women who finally found people who understand without explanation. You don’t have to be best friends with everyone. But you will find your people.

I’ve had women from their early 30s to their mid-60s in the same cohort. Some with kids, some without. Some working, some not. Some married, some divorced, some single. What unites you isn’t your circumstances, it’s the feeling that your life doesn’t belong to you anymore. That’s universal regardless of age or situation.

Everything shared in the group stays in the group. We establish this as a ground rule in the first session, and everyone commits to it. If someone violates confidentiality, they’re out. No exceptions. Your stories are safe.

About Tech & Logistics

We use Zoom for sessions and WhatsApp for community. If you can video call your friends, you can do this. And if you hit any tech issues, I’ll help you sort them before we start. You won’t be left struggling alone.

We use a private WhatsApp group. It’s simple, accessible, and keeps the conversation flowing naturally between sessions. You can participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

Sessions are scheduled once the cohort is confirmed, based on what works for everyone. We’ll find a time that works for the majority. Typically they’re weekday mornings or early evenings UK time (10am or 6pm).

About Pricing & Payments

Yes. You can pay in full (£1,997) or split it into three payments of £700 each (total £2,100). Payment plans make the investment more manageable.

Because we’re working in a small, intimate group and I hold your place from the moment you’re accepted, there are no refunds once the programme starts. If you need to withdraw before the first session, we can discuss options. But once we begin, you’re committed. That’s part of the accountability.

Because AYL isn’t a course. It’s not a book. It’s not a self-paced programme you do alone. It’s 12 weeks of live, facilitated work in a small group, with my direct support, plus ongoing accountability and community. You’re not buying content, you’re investing in transformation with support. That costs more. Because it’s worth more.

Practical Concerns

Life happens. Watch the recording. Stay connected through the community. Missing one session because of an emergency won’t derail you. But if ‘something coming up’ is code for ‘I’m not prioritising this,’ we need to talk about whether you’re really ready. Part of AYL is learning to protect time for yourself. That starts with these 90 minutes twice a month.

Everything shared in AYL is confidential. Other participants won’t share your name or details outside the group. And you can use a first name only if you prefer. As for people ‘finding out’, choosing to invest in yourself isn’t something to hide. But I understand the fear. We can talk about it in your discovery call.

You’ll have a 60-minute 1:1 session with me included in the programme, which you can schedule when you need it most. If you need ongoing 1:1 support beyond that, we can discuss adding a package of coaching sessions.

Who Leads Awaken Your Life?

Hi, I’m Jane, an award-winning coach, proud owner of two degrees in psychology, and founder of Quiet the Hive. I’ve been where you are. A few years ago, life threw me more than one curve ball: bereavement, separation, a toxic work environment. I could’ve stayed stuck in the need to keep asking permission to live from other people… but I wanted more for my life.

I made bold, brave choices to create a life I love. I started listening to myself. I got clear on what really matters. And now I help other women do the same.

Awaken Your Life is the culmination of everything I’ve learned. It’s everything you need to step into the life that’s waiting for you.

From me to you, with love...

You’ve read this far because something in you recognised itself here. That quiet restlessness. That sense that time is moving and you’re spending it all on everyone but yourself. That’s not nothing; that’s your life asking for your attention.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to know exactly what you want or where this leads. You just need to be willing to take one brave step.

This is it.

I would love to have you in the room.

Jane x
