The Secret Society of Women Who Say No

£49.00

You said yes again, didn’t you?

To the favour you didn’t have time for. The commitment you didn’t need in your diary. The request you answered before you even thought about whether you wanted to.

And now it’s sitting there. In your diary. On your shoulders. Replaying in your head at 3am.

And you’re wondering why you didn’t just say “no”.

Here’s the thing, that’s not a scheduling problem. That’s not you being  push-over or disorganised. That’s years of being taught that being ‘good’ means saying yes. That your worth lives in your helpfulness. That your needs come last.

This workshop is where that story stops.

The Secret Society of Women Who Say No is a 90-minute live workshop that helps you stop the automatic ‘yes’, and start responding in a way that actually works for you.

Ditch the guilt. Set boundaries that stick. Finally put yourself back on the to-do list.

I SAID “YES” TO MYSELF…

“A big no I managed to say was to a client. I initially looked to see if I could squeeze him, knowing full well that I would be saying no to me. But then I reviewed the Secret Society Handbook. Hooray! I said “no”! Saying “no” to this and “yes” to myself is massive.” – Claire (Secret Society member)

The Secret Society of Women Who Say No

A 90-Minute Workshop for Women Who Do Everything for Everyone (Except Themselves)

Stop Saying Yes When You Mean No, without the Guilt, the Overthinking or the Fallout

It’s time to ditch…

  • The guilt that makes saying no feel like you’re failing
  • That split-second ‘yes’ you hear yourself say, followed by instant, stomach-drop regret
  • The 3am replay of “why did I agree to that?”
  • The exhaustion of being everyone’s go-to person, the reliable one, the one who always manages
  • The resentment that builds, slowly and silently, when everyone else’s needs come first

It’s not a character flaw. It’s conditioning.

You’ve been taught that being ‘good’ means being available, helpful and easy to rely on. That your worth comes from how much you give. That saying no makes you difficult, selfish, a let-down.

It’s no wonder saying no feels impossible.

But the women in this Secret Society are rewriting that rule. And once you learn how, you can’t unlearn it.

What women are saying about The Secret Society…

I’M READY TO SAY NO…

“By the end of the session I felt ready to start saying no again, in a way that felt comfortable to me… and when I start to doubt myself there’s the handy guidebook to put ME back in the centre of what I want and need… For anyone sat on the fence, just hit the button, you won’t regret it!”Lauren (Secret Society member)

Hey, I’m Jane

I used to be the woman who said ‘yes’ to everything.

Not because I wanted to, but because I thought I had to. Because I didn’t want to be seen as difficult, selfish, unreliable. Because somewhere along the way, I’d learned that being ‘good’ means being endlessly available.

So I kept saying yes. And yes. And of course. Until I was exhausted, resentful and wondering when someone else was going to say yes instead.

Here’s what happened when I finally learned to say no. People respected my time (because I was respecting it too), I stopped overthinking every conversation, and (most importantly)  I started saying yes to myself. In a big, brave, life-changing way.

That’s what I want for you. Not a different personality. Not confrontation. Just the calm, clear ability to choose yourself.

What We Cover in the Workshop:

✨ The words that actually work Five ways to say no that don’t feel rude, don’t invite negotiation, and don’t leave you replaying the conversation at midnight. You’ll have these ready before you leave the Zoom room.

🎯 Why you keep saying yes when your body’s screaming no We go beneath the surfaces you can see exactly where your pattern lives so you can interrupt it in the moment, every time.

🔄 The guilt hamster wheel You know the one. The loop that kicks in the second you even think about saying no. We name it, we map it, and we show you how to step off it without second-guessing yourself for days.

📝 The permission slip that actually sticks Putting yourself first will feel uncomfortable at first. That’s normal. We work through that discomfort so choosing yourself starts to feel like the obvious thing, not the selfish one. And you’ll have something to come back to on the days you wobble.

🗓️ Your three-boundary plan You leave with somewhere specific to start, something specific to say, and the confidence to follow through straight away. Spoiler: this is where women message me the same day to tell me who they’ve just said no to.

What’s Included:

  • 90-minute live workshop with real time coaching and Q&A
  • The Secret Society Handbook (your go-to guide for when you start to wobble)
  • 30 Day replay access (but you know you want the live energy!)
  • That Secret Society feeling (you’re part of something bigger now – a community of women who are done being last on the list)

Workshop Details:

When: 13th May 2026 at 10am (GMT) Where: Live on Zoom Investment: £49

This is 90 minutes you carve out for yourself. No agenda except yours. No obligations except to show up and do the work. The 30-day replay exists for life’s unpredictability, but the live session is where real breakthroughs happen; women leave these sessions and say no the same day. That’s not a coincidence. That’s the energy of the room

This Is For You If:

  • You’re exhausted from being the person everyone calls when they need something
  • You say “yes”, then immediately wish you hadn’t
  • “No” feels like a four-letter word
  • You want to set boundaries, without feeling like you’re letting people down
  • You’re ready to stop people-pleasing without becoming a different person

This Isn’t For You If:

  • You’re looking for permission to be unkind (that’s not what this is)
  • You want change without doing anything differently
  • You’re looking for a way to avoid difficult conversations entirely
  • You want to find someone who’ll say “no” for you!

I’VE ALREADY SAID “NO”…

“The best bit for me is telling people I’m a member of a secret society of women who say no and using that as my leverage to say no. It’s a fun and empowering club that motivates me to consider the no’s first before even thinking yes. I’ve said no several times since the session and aim to continue to do so. Starting small and working up to more complex ones…” – Jenny (Secret Society member)
