Too often we put the pressure on ourselves to come up with New Years Resolutions and good intentions without really reflecting on what has worked well for us in the past, what we’ve appreciated and what we want to leave behind.
Create 90 minutes of uninterrupted reflections time, and let Jane guide you to a place where you have clear goals and intentions for your year ahead, based on what REALLY matters to you.
Stick the kids in front of the tv (or Christmas tree lights!), grab a glass/mug of something lovely (and a mince pie!), bring a notebook and a pencil, and develop your plan on how to ease out of one year and into the next effortlessly.
The session will be recorded and available for all those who’ve purchased a ticket, so even if life gets in the way, you will still be able to benefit from this brilliant session.
